A singular breath with intention can change the moment and your mind. It can turn inaction into action with greater clarity. It can soothe and temper tension and cultivate greater energy. Time spent cultivating this conduit to increased vitality and well being, that strengthens the respiratory system and calms the nervous system, as well as stimulates the immune system, is also a source that can tap into the greater awareness of meditation.
More than ever, the world is keenly conscious of their connection to breath. We honor that cry and hope that we will all find our deeper connection to life force.
