Insight from Ganga
Moving beyond asana, deeper into Yoga

There is an ancient metaphor of a lotus with many petals. I would say, don't just get stuck on one petal! Explore some of the other aspects of yoga which, in the end, are aspects of yourself. Yoga is essentially about consciousness. Even someone's purely physical asana practice is actually an exploration of consciousness–the reason they pursue it is to be healthy, whole and happy. But that's just on the surface—beneath that desire eventually is the process of self-inquiry, and self-knowledge.
