Since his first trembling postures, Paul Reynold's teaching philosophy and Yoga practice have been rooted in the knowing that... we are all Unlimited Ideas and that our truly effective teachers are our gurus within. Paul shares "Le Guru is You! Hatha Yoga in the Vinyasa tradition" from the Northern California coastal town of Half Moon Bay.

Paul's form and philosophy has come from the White Lotus' teacher training, advanced teacher training, and Thai Yoga Therapy programs. He continues to assist in teacher training, co-leading the course with Kent Bond and the White Lotus teaching team. Paul's eclectic, intuitive style is committed to creating a safe place to launch ones personal discoveries inspiring students to find their own distinctive voice as they deepen their practice.

"I approach each class as an opportunity to invent ways to access the body uniquely. Life is a weaving of the unexpected and similarities. We ride a wave of … possibilities. The body has an opportunity to speak to us through effective opening when the mind/body dynamic does not get too comfortable with patterns."

Paul recognizes that some of his best and most immediate teachers are his students, and observes his role as… "Just a guy passing out the sheet music, guiding you in tuning up your instrument and then stepping out of the way to witness the miracle as we all open to our special compositions."

Paul travels in many circles, practicing Yoga 'on the mat' being a father to his 16 year old daughter, Alanna, and working as a free-lance illustrator and writer.
