Paul Reynold's Yoga practice and teaching philosophy have been rooted in the knowing that we are all Unlimited Ideas and that our truly effective teachers are our gurus within, since his first trembling postures. Paul shares "Le Guru is You! Hatha Yoga in the Vinyasa tradition" from the Northern California coastal town of Half Moon Bay.

Paul's grounding in form and philosophy has come from the White Lotus' teacher training, advanced teacher training, and Thai Yoga Therapy programs. Today he continues to assist in the teacher training programs, co-leading with Kent Bond and the White Lotus teaching team. Paul's intuitive, eclectic style is committed to creating a safe place to launch ones personal discoveries, inspiring students to find their own distinctive voice as they deepen their practice.

"I approach each class as an opportunity to invent ways to access the body uniquely. Life is a weaving of similarities and the unexpected. We ride a wave of possibilities. The body has an opportunity to "speak" to us through effective opening when the mind/body dynamic doesn't get too comfortable with patterns."

Recognizing that some of his best and most immediate teachers are his students, Paul observes his role as… "Just a guy passing out the sheet music, guiding you in tuning up your instrument and then stepping out of the way to witness the miracle as we all open to our special compositions."

Paul travels in many circles not only practicing Yoga 'on the mat' but as a father to his 16 year old daughter, Alanna, and a free-lance illustrator and writer.
